The self proclaimed King of Rachet R&B is back with a brand new track titled “Rachet In My Benz” featuring another Taylor Gang member in Juicy J. It’s just a different feeling listening to this song hearing Juicy J’s “Yeah Hoe” adlibs on this track. Produced by Buddah Shampoo of D.R.U.G.S., who you should be familiar with if you know Ty$’s material. Anyway, look out for Beach Hou$e 2 dropping on July 1st.
It looked like we wouldn’t be getting anymore content until July 1st from Young Bada$$ because he stated that “Amethyst Rockstar” would be the last leak, but that doesn’t mean he wasn’t going to treat us to new visuals. In this brand new video for “95 Til Infinity”, Joey Bada$$ paints a portait of his New York lifestyle. Watch this self-directed video above. Summer Knights coming July 1st. His album, B4.DA.$$, coming later this year.
The artist formerly known as AyeLogics, drops yet another leak from his forthcoming self-titled project. I’ve heard about this KushedGod collab for a minute and now that I’m finally hearing the track, I can say it’s pretty tight. Get ready for iLLChris to drop late July. For now, check out the latest drop below.
Jon Connor continues to keep the ball rolling on promoting his upcoming album with the release of a new track titled “When I Was Young” featuring guest verses from Chris Webby and Smoke DZA. This will also serve as the last leak from Unconscious State before it hits iTunes in its entirety on July 2nd. Stream/download the latest single below.
Big K.R.I.T. links up with Houston’s own Boston George (I thought he was from Boston too) for this smooth cut titled “Faded”. If you know about K.R.I.T., you know he shines the most when he raps over his own beats especially like this soulful tune he produced himself. No word on the origin of this track or where it is expected to land. On the other hand, K.R.I.T. just put out an amazing tape himself so get King Remembered In Time if you haven’t already.
Before his V.I.C.E.S. mixtape closes out the month when it hits the net on the 30th, DA$H of the H’z drops a brand new set of visuals for his Thelonious Martin produced track, “Brighton Beach”. Definitely looking forward to that since it’s been a minute since DA$H has dropped a full project. Get your doobies ready and enjoy the new Matt Kinsey-directed visuals above.
Retch of The H’z continues to pump out visuals with the release of this two in one video for “City Lights” and “Blockwork” off his Delinquents & Degerenates mixape that dropped last year. Alongside Worxlife, the two directed the video for these two tracks. Polo Sporting Goods coming soon. Smoke up.
OnCue links up with Ro Ransom for this brand new single titled “Never Do Better” that is backed up by some infectious production. As soon as the song starts, OnCue doesn’t shy away from displaying his lyrical ability and tight flow until he slows it down for the chorus and lets Ro Ransom show off his shit. Don’t expect this on OnCue’s forthcoming project as this is just a gift to his listeners since it didn’t make the cut.
Led by Smoke DZA, the recently formed rap group that consists of Al-Doe, NYMLo, Chase N. Chase, Mookie Jones, Bluntsmoker, Den 10, producer 183rd, and their DJ, Will Gates, drops their first compilation release in Ralphies Forgotten Children. If you’ve been following them on Twitter, you should be familiar with their play on the R.F.C. acronym. So far, we’ve heard the team go 5 for 5 in dope releases in the last three months and now we can finally hear the whole thing. Stream/download available below.
Originally found on DJ Mustard’s recently released mixtape Ketchup, Dom Kennedy went ahead and liberated the CDQ and no DJ version of his DJ Mustard produced cut, “Nothing Like Me”. Sounding like vintage Westcoast Dom on this track, I’d be shocked if this doesn’t appear on his upcoming Get Home Safely release. But as of right now, no tracks have been confirmed for the project. Only details we got now is that we should expect it by the end of the summer. For now, check out this new Dom Kennedy track below.
