Chance The Rapper – Acid Rap [Mixtape]

This is what you’ve all been waiting for…the follow up project to Chance The Rapper’s amazing debut release, 10 Day, is finally here and available for the masses. Chicago has exploded onto the scene in the last year due to Chief Keef’s popularity but that didn’t come without criticism especially given the content and message of his music.  Unlike Keef, Chance’s music doesn’t follow that same route.  Besides being inspired by acid jazz last summer, Chance stated that he was on acid for most of the sessions during the recording process hence why this project is called what it is.  Don’t sleep on Chance.  This is definitely on track to be one of the best releases of 2013.

Artwork

After catching Steve Aoki’s attention with the release of Prodigal Son last year which ultimately led to Will Brennan getting signed to Dim Mak, they have revamped and remastered the album for an official re-release on iTunes.  This also follows the success of his “RNR” single which got remixed by a couple DJs and released as an EP under Dim Mak on iTunes last month.  Make sure you support the South Florida artist and our good friend Will Brennan and purchase his new album now.  If you’ve never heard of Will Brennan, I’ve also included a link where you can stream the project in its entirety before you buy it.  New music coming soon in the very near future.
