Minneapolis emcee Greg Grease will be making a major appearance this month with a slot at the Soundset Festival, but in the mean time check out this incredible in-studio performance of “C.R.E.A.M. Dreams” and “Death Ballad” at the University of Minnesota’s student run Radio K. With a DJ on the deck and disco ball spinning above, Grease delivers a flawless live rendition of both songs from his album Cornbread, Pearl & G. Easily one of my favorite new artists, don’t sleep on Greg Grease.

Today, Vic Mensa unleashes the official first single off his upcoming mixtape titled ‘Did It B4′. This is also the first beat that Vic Mensa has ever rapped over a beat he made himself. The video is just crazy sick. Check it out yourself. INNANETAPE is coming very soon.
Found on his recently released EP Soundtrack II Armageddon (STREAM), Kembe X gives his Nez & Rio produced cut ‘Village Over Everything’ the visual treatment. The video is in a dark and gritty setting where Kembe spits his fire flow effortlessly. Enjoy the Visual Mecca directed video above.
Palermo Stone and New Orleans rising star Dee-1 come together for a crisp visual to their uplifting, positive single, “Freedom Writers,” which appears on Palermo Stone’s new release, R.A.R.E. (Revitalizing Art; Reinventing Emotion). The two trade reflective verses over young British talent Jazz Logic’s production. Watch the Devin Ashmore-directed visuals above.
Just like his tripped out video for his freestyle over Cam’Ron’s ‘Cookies & Applejuice’, Ricky Hil delivers another set of visuals in similar fashion for ‘Juicy J’. Watch the Topshelf Junior-directed visuals above. Don’t forget to check out Ricky’s new release, SYLDD, that dropped earlier this year. It includes features from The Weeknd, Fat Trel, and more.
Bonic enlists Dom Kennedy for this smooth new cut titled ‘Cheerios’ and also give it the visuals treatment. The two drop some cold bars in their best Future-esque flow as they rap about money & women. Where the cut is looking to end up is not certain, but hopefully Bonic drops a tape soon with more cuts like this. For now, enjoy the Joseph Zentil-directed visuals above.

John Legend delivers the official video for his latest single ‘Who Do We Think We Are’ that features a guest verse from the biggest boss, Rick Ross. Even though it looks like a lot of fans on Youtube are a fan of this cliche video, it doesn’t take away from the fact that this is a great song. The record will appear on his forthcoming studio album, Love In The Future, which is expected to hit stores on June 25th.
Theophilus London presents MTV with the premier for his latest single ‘Rio’. Alongside Tim Cruz, the two directed the new visuals above. Last month he stated that this is an “introduction to the vibe I’m taking for my next, still-untitled full-length”. Check it out.
